How subscriptions, billing, and messaging costs work.
Subscription
Clockin is billed monthly via Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Billing.
SMS & WhatsApp costs
Outgoing messages are included in your plan subject to fair-use limits — we'll get in touch if usage looks unusual. Clockin always routes via WhatsApp first (cheaper) and only falls back to SMS when WhatsApp isn't available. You can see your current month's message usage on the admin cost page.
Cancel or delete account
Cancel from the Billing page — access continues until the end of your current billing period. To delete your account and all data permanently, contact support.
