Clockin ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Suki Systems (ABN 94 634 739 186). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our workforce scheduling platform at clockin-scheduler.com.
Clockin sends SMS and WhatsApp messages to employees solely for operational workforce scheduling purposes:

Employees are enrolled in Clockin SMS messaging in one of two ways:
By joining a Clockin team either way, employees consent to receive SMS and WhatsApp messages related to their work schedule. Message frequency varies based on scheduling activity — typically 2–10 messages per week. Msg & data rates may apply.
Employees can opt out of messaging at any time by:
After opting out, no further messages will be sent. You can re-enroll at any time by texting START or by re-joining via an invite link.
Text HELP to the Clockin number at any time to receive support information. You will receive a reply: "Clockin scheduling. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Support: gil@suki-systems.com"
SMS opt-in consent, mobile phone numbers collected for SMS messaging, and the content of SMS messages will never be sold, rented, or shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to delivering the Clockin scheduling service. This applies regardless of whether data is aggregated or anonymised.
Our US SMS messaging complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA messaging guidelines. Our Australian messaging complies with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS/WhatsApp opt-in data is used exclusively to deliver the scheduling service described in this policy.
We use the following services to operate Clockin:
Each service processes data according to their own privacy policies. We share only the minimum information required for each service to function. We do not allow any third-party service to use Clockin user data for their own marketing purposes.
We retain your data for as long as your team account is active. When a manager deletes their team, all associated data (employees, messages, schedules, submissions) is permanently deleted from our database. Stripe subscription data is cancelled before deletion. SMS message logs are retained for up to 90 days for operational support, then deleted.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. All data is stored in Supabase (AWS eu-west-1) with encryption at rest.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at gil@suki-systems.com. Managers can delete employee records and their own team account directly from the dashboard. We will respond to all data requests within 30 days.
Clockin is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Clockin after changes constitutes acceptance.
